God loves to make much out of little. "And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness...." 2 Cor 12:9.
There is nothing grandiose about the Bread of Life Christian Bookshelf. It is a small but growing collection of Christian books, DVDs and CDs, tracts. Non-fiction, fiction for children, youth, adults; music and movie CDs and DVDs. A few titles from the CBA bestsellers lists, a few classics. This is a work in progress. It was born from a frustration of not being able to find Christian material in retail stores nor any dedicated Christian bookstores in the Bay of Fundy region of Nova Scotia. It is very much driven by special requests. Almost any reasonable request (as long as it is Christ-centered) can be satisfied. Some require more research than others.
The goal is to make soul-saving material ("bread of life") more readily available to Christians and non-Christians alike in this part of Nova Scotia. Prices are below retail (both U.S. and Canadian). Most books are at least 25% off retail (U.S.).
Material can be shipped to anywhere in the world. If you are unable to visit the store but would like to make a purchase, please complete the order form.
Special requests are encouraged (as long as they are in line with biblical teaching). We do not have the space to stock "everything" but seek to provide sound Christian material to whomever is willing and would like to digest it.
